Terms of Service

E11EVEN Technologies is a branding, design and creative services studio based in Ahmedabad, India. We provide services such as brand identity design, brand guidelines, logo design, pitch deck and presentation design, website and UI/UX design, and creative production.

We are a design service provider. We are not a healthcare provider, medical adviser, investment adviser, broker, lender, fundraising firm or financial institution.

Each project's scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, revision rounds and payment terms are set out in a written proposal or agreement with the client. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

We design materials to communicate your business clearly. We do not guarantee business results, sales, funding, investment, investor decisions or marketing outcomes.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the content, data and claims they supply, and for having the right to use any materials they provide to us.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the project agreement, usually on full payment. Unless agreed otherwise in writing (for example under an NDA), we may show completed work in our portfolio.

Client names and logos shown on this site refer to brands our team has designed for. They do not mean those organisations own, endorse or are formally partnered with E11EVEN Technologies. Third-party platform names belong to their owners.
